Dr. H.R. Christopher O’Brien
Dr. H.R. Christopher O’Brien, the founder of TherapyWorks.Tv earned his Pharm.D at the University of the Pacific and is a board specialist in Psychiatric Pharmacy and an Advanced Practice Pharmacist. He had consulted for the Regional Center system for 19 years. He is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Dr. O’Brien has also consulted for the Sonoma Developmental Center and attended clinic University Centers Excellence in Developmental Disabilities at the University of Southern California in the Department of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for 7 years. He is also a member of This American Doc. His current focus is the delivery of high-quality psychiatric medication management through the Vsee Telehealth platform.
Dr. Samuel P. Smith
Dr. Samuel P. Smith is an experienced psychiatrist. He has been practicing psychiatry since 1987. He earned his medical degree in 1976 at the University of Ghana. Following this, he was accepted into the Sports Medicine Residency at the International Sports University Center in Rostock, Germany. He later developed an interest in Psychiatry and enrolled in Charles Drew Post Graduate School in Los Angele, California for his residency program. He retired after almost 30 years of service with Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. Dr. Smith has maintained a solo private practice since 1990. He has over 20 years of experience providing services, training, and consultation with residential programs including Department of Child and Family Services, Probation Department, Regional Centers, Community Outreach Program, and people with both neurodevelopmental disability and mental illness.
